G.1 Purpose
This Appendix is the single, definitive bibliography for The People’s Model manifesto. It serves two roles: (1) research references — the full list of books, papers, statutes, government reports, and primary sources that informed the manifesto. (2) evidence — the source citation behind every numeric or factual claim in the manifesto body. Inline citations use a lightweight ’(Source, Year)’ or ’(Statute, Sec. X)’ format in the chapter body; the full reference resolves to an entry here.
Entries are grouped by theme. Within each group, primary legal and government sources appear first, then academic and policy-research material, then comparator-jurisdiction references.
